Please do not send us measurements. We do not want them, we are not set up to store them safely, and the calculator answers faster than we can. Use this form for corrections, method questions and privacy requests.
What we can help with
- Corrections. A chart that is wrong, a brand that has changed its sizing, a broken link to an official chart. Include the page and, where you can, the source.
- Method questions. Anything about how the calculator arrives at a number. The methodology page covers most of it.
- Privacy requests. See the privacy policy for what we do and do not hold.
- Advertising and partnership enquiries. Subject to our editorial policy, which is not negotiable.
What we cannot help with
- Personal fitting advice. We are not fitters and cannot fit you over email. A local fitting service will do this far better.
- Medical questions. Please talk to a GP.
- Orders, returns or refunds from any retailer. We do not sell anything.

What happens next
We acknowledge factual corrections within five business days. Verified errors are fixed as soon as we can, and where a correction changes the meaning of a page we add a dated note to that page. Where a correction changes the calculator, the method version changes and we record it. See the correction policy for the detail.
