Advertising

We display advertising supplied by third-party networks. Those networks may use cookies to select ads, subject to your consent – see the privacy policy. We hold ourselves to these placement rules:

• No ad between pressing Calculate and seeing your result.
• No ad inside the calculator card, or positioned so it could be mistaken for a control.
• No ad that obscures navigation, the calculator fields, or consent settings.
• The first ad appears only after the complete result and the immediate fit checks.
• Every page must remain fully usable with ads blocked.

Affiliate links

An affiliate link means that if you click through and buy, we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. Where we use them:

• They are marked visibly at the point of the link, not only in this policy.
• They carry rel="sponsored" so search engines can see the relationship too.
• We recommend categories or fitting services rather than specific products, unless we have evidence that a specific product suits the situation described.
• We track that an outbound click happened. We never attach your measurements or your calculated size to that click, in the URL or anywhere else.

We are not currently running an affiliate programme. This page describes the rules that will apply when we do.

Independence

No advertiser, affiliate or brand reviews our content before publication, influences our charts, or has any input into the calculator. We do not accept payment for a favourable mention, for a link inside editorial text, or for a place in a comparison. If a brand asks, the answer is no, and we say so.

Australian requirements

Australian Consumer Law prohibits misleading or deceptive conduct, and the ACCC expects commercial relationships in online content to be disclosed clearly and prominently. We aim to exceed that standard: if money changes hands anywhere near a recommendation, we say so next to the recommendation.
